Shipping Policy

Photoskin® offers free tracked shipping within Australia on all products and bundle packs. We reserve the right to modify shipping promotions at any time without notice.
Order processing
Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). We aim to dispatch orders on the same business day where possible. Orders placed outside of business hours will typically be dispatched on the next business day.
Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email. It is your responsibility to ensure that all shipping details provided are accurate at the time of purchase.
Photoskin® is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If an order has already been dispatched, we are unable to make changes or accept responsibility for delivery errors.
Shipping within Australia
We ship via Australia Post and other courier partners.
Estimated delivery timeframes are:
- Metro areas: 2–5 business days
- Other areas: up to 7–10 business days
Delivery timeframes may vary during peak periods, including holidays and promotional events.
International shipping
We ship to a range of international destinations. If shipping options are not available at checkout for your country, please contact us at theteam@photoskin.com.au.
Estimated international delivery timeframes are:
- Standard delivery: 15–30 business days
- Extended timeframes: up to 40 business days depending on location and peak periods
Customs, duties and taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Photoskin® is not responsible for any additional charges incurred during or after shipping. For further information, please contact your local customs office.
Shipping confirmation and tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking details.
Delays
While we aim to meet all estimated dispatch and delivery timeframes, delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including courier delays, weather events, or high-volume periods. Photoskin® does not guarantee delivery timeframes.
