Where do you ship to?

We offer worldwide shipping. There are, however, some instances in which we are unable to ship to you. We will get in touch with you to let you know if this is the case.

How can I track my order?

An email will be sent upon confirmation of purchase. Once your order has been processed, packed and picked up by our courier you will receive your tracking information. Your tracking information is updated as your parcel is scanned at different destinations.

How do I receive free shipping?

Orders over $50 AUD (after discount) will receive free standard shipping, Australia wide.

What do I need to know about international shipping?

Worldwide shipping can take anywhere between 7 - 20 working days depending on your location and peak periods like Christmas etc.

Local charges (sales tax, customs duty) may apply, depending on your country, region, and local customs duties. These charges are at the customer's own expense. As duties and taxes vary by country and by what was ordered, we are not able to supply an estimated cost. Please contact your customs office for more information.

What happens if my parcel is lost or damaged in transit?

If a package is damaged or lost in transit, Photoskin® will send you a new one or give you a store credit to be used at anytime via our website.

What do I do if I have made a mistake in the shipping details?

If you have made an error with your shipping details, please contact our customer service team immediately via email® cannot accept responsibility for parcels that have been sent to incorrect addresses provided by customers.


What payment methods do you accept?

We accept: AfterPay, PayPal, Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard, American Express, Laybuy, ZipPay, Klarna, Shop Pay, Google Pay, Apple Pay and  Sezzle.

What currency will I be charged in?

As we are an Australian based company, when you add an item to your cart and go to the payment page, the prices will automatically switch back to AUD. This is for our financial records only, and you will be charged in your local currency. If you convert both currencies using the daily exchange rate, you will find that their values are equal.

I have a store credit, does this expire?

Store credits do not expire and can be used for any of your purchases. 

What happens if I forget to use my discount code or gift card?

After an order has been placed, we are unable to honour promotional coupons or gift cards. Please feel free to contact our customer service team at if you have any more questions.


How do I use my discount code?

In the checkout, where it says "GIFT CARD or DISCOUNT CODE," type in your promotional code. After entering your  code, click the "Apply" button. You can only use one discount code per transaction.


Can I cancel my order?

Once you place your order online and click "confirm and pay," we cannot guarantee an order can be cancelled.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes, all orders will receive an email order confirmation upon purchase. You will then receive an additional email notification with your tracking details.

I didn't receive an order confirmation.

Make sure your email address is correct at check out. Please keep in mind that, depending on how you've set up your email, your order confirmation may go straight to your junk or spam folder. If you still haven't gotten a confirmation of your order, please email with your full name, order number, and correct email address.

How long does it take to process my return?

We ask customers to allow 7-14 days. Please note, during peak periods we ask customers to allow up to 20 business days for their return to be processed.
