Photoskin® does not accept any refunds or exchanges on any product purchased for health reasons.
If you feel your purchased product is defective or if your goods have been damaged during shipping please contact us at theteam@photoskin.com.au and we will do our best to help with your issue. Please do not send back your product until we have reached a solution and sending back the product has been agreed.
