Photoskin® Postage & Shipping Policies

Photoskin® offers FREE tracked shipping Australia wide for all of our products and bundle packs over $50 AUD. This may change at any time.

All orders are processed Monday - Friday and we will try our hardest to dispatch them the same day or else they will go out the following business day.

When you purchase your products at checkout, you will be sent a confirmation email. Please check this to make sure all your address and other delivery information are correct. 

Photoskin® cannot accept responsibility for parcels that have been sent to incorrect addresses provided by you. If your parcel has been sent before you contact us, Photoskin® will not be responsible.

We use Australia Post and other parcel courier companies to deliver our products. Generally, for metro areas, you can expect to receive the product you purchased within 2-5 working days from when it leaves our warehouse, however, please allow up to 7-10 working days (especially for peak times like Christmas).

International Orders - We currently delivery to most countries. If you can not find shipping costs/details to your country please feel free to contact us by email at theteam@photoskin.com.au for information on your country. 

International timeframes are below, however, you should allow up to 20 working days depending on your location and whether it is a peak sending period like Christmas etc:

USA - 7-15 working days

Please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur, depending on your country, region, and local customs duties. These charges are at the customer's own expense. As duties and taxes vary by country and by what was ordered, we are not able to supply an estimated cost. Please contact your customs office for more information.

If you are under 18 years old you must have parents' permission to buy from Photoskin®.

All transactions conducted through Photoskin® are handled and transacted through a third party dedicated gateway to guarantee your protection. Card information is not stored and all card information is handled over SSL encryption. Please read the terms & conditions for the payment gateway chosen for the transaction as they are responsible for the transactions made.

You will be advised by email when your product has been shipped from our warehouse.

Please note that we will try our best to meet stated timeframes for dispatch and delivery, however, many factors can affect these timeframes and we cannot guarantee that they will always be met.
