Photoskin® Postage & Shipping Policies


Photoskin® currently offers FREE tracked shipping Australia wide for our 1 pack and 2 pack options. This may change at any time.

When you purchase your products at checkout, you will be sent a confirmation email. Please check this to make sure all your address and other delivery information are correct. 

All orders are processed Monday - Friday and will be dispatched the same day if possible or the following business day.

Photoskin® cannot accept responsibility for parcels that have been sent to incorrect addresses provided by you. Order dispatch is automated. If your parcel has been sent before you contact us, Photoskin® will not be responsible.

We use Australia Post and other parcel courier companies to deliver our products. Generally, for metro areas, you can expect to receive the product you purchased within 2-5 working days from when it leaves our warehouse, however, please allow up to 7-10 working days.


International Orders - We currently delivery to a number of countries. If you can not find shipping costs/details to your country please feel free to contact us by email at for information on your country.

Christmas Cut Off Dates, please lodge early to ensure parcels are delivered prior to Christmas in respective countries.

Asia Pacific : December 1 2017

Western Europe : December 1 2017

USA/Middle East  : November 24 2017

Rest of the World : November 24 2017


International timeframes are below, however, you should allow up to 20 working days depending on your location:

USA - 5-10 working days

New Zealand - 3-7 working days

Asia Pacific - 5-15 working days

Western Europe - 5-15 working days

Middle-East - 7-15 working days

Rest of the World - 8-16 working days

Apologies, we currently do not post to Canada at the moment & Indonesia.

Please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur, depending on your country, region, and local customs duties. These charges are at the customer's own expense. As duties and taxes vary by country and by what was ordered, we are not able to supply an estimated cost. Please contact your customs office for more information.

Once we receive your order, we will prepare and dispatch your Photoskin® products. Delivery time depends entirely on your country's carrier.

Shipping costs and payment fees are recognized before confirming the purchase. If you are under 18 years old you must have parents' permission to buy from Photoskin®.

All transfers conducted through Photoskin® are handled and transacted through a third party dedicated gateway to guarantee your protection. Card information is not stored and all card information is handled over SSL encryption. Please read the terms & conditions for the payment gateway chosen for the transaction as they are responsible for the transactions made.

You will be advised by email when your product has been shipped from our warehouse.

Please note that we will try our best to meet stated timeframes for dispatch and delivery, however, many factors can affect these timeframes and we cannot guarantee that they will always be met.
